BDA Global performs risk assessments to determine where there are emergency preparedness risks to organizations. We conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, examining potential impacts to personnel, facilities, technology, the surrounding community, and operational outcomes.

BDA Global uses its Business Impact Analysis (BIA) / Business Process Analysis (BPA) software tool CONTINUUM to conduct its clients’ BIA/BPAs. The BIA/BPA process is used to gather critical data on organizational functions, processes, resources, essential records, technologies, and internal and external dependencies, and provides the core data that is needed to develop comprehensive Continuity of Operations / Business Continuity Plans. CONTINUUM is a survey tool that facilitates the collection, aggregation, and analysis of this key organizational data.

Continuity of Operations (COOP) Plans are developed in compliance with the framework(s) outlined in Federal Continuity Directives 1 and 2 and the Continuity Guidance Circular, as appropriate. We also develop Business Continuity Plans for a broad range of organizations, including crisis management, emergency response, notification and communications strategies, and detailed continuity actions

BDA Global develops Disaster Recovery Planning to ensure the effective redundancy of IT assets and the timely recovery and restoration of records and functionality after a technology disruption. Our services include designing, deploying, and testing DR and Information System Continuity Plans (ISCPs).

Services include designing and implementing preparedness and awareness programs, providing targeted training sessions for key personnel, and supporting the organization to ensure that all employees know how to follow plan protocols during and after any type of disruption.
