Risk Assessment:
The Risk assessment is conducted to determine quantitative and qualitative risk of an
organization. BDA consultants use primary data, simulation and modeling techniques to
conduct the Risk Assessment.
Business Impact Analysis (BIA):
BDA Global uses its Business Impact Analysis software tool
CONTINUUM to conduct its
clients' BIA. The BIA is a diagnostic of the organization and provides all of the data
necessary to develop a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan. CONTINUUM, a survey tool,
is used to identify critical functions, processes, venders, vital records and resources.
Continuity and Disaster Recovery Strategy Development:
Development of corporate and departmental Business Continuity Plans, including command and control infrastructure, emergency response planning, and escalation procedures for activation.
BCP Training and Awareness:
A robust BCP is a critical, but first step to insuring organizational preparedness. A
BCP becomes actionable, only when its personnel know how to use it! This is why BCP
Training and Awareness are a critical step towards comprehensive preparedness. BDA Consultants
will devise a Training and Awareness plan that suits the specific organization's needs.
Services range from training sessions for key personnel, to innovative techniques to insure
that all employees are ready to respond and know how to follow plan protocol after any type
of disruption.
Business Continuity Planning/COOP plan development:
A robust BCP or COOP development requires a corporate or overarching BCP/COP as well as
departmental BCPs. These include command and control infrastructure, emergency response
planning, escalation procedures for activation and departmental or office plans.
BCP Testing:
A BCP must be tested in order to insure that it is actionable. BDA consultants will help
your organization develop and implement testing exercises that include tabletops, drill,
functional tests for organizations and stakeholders and simulations. BDA consultants can
design tests to meet federal NIMS requirements.
Workplace Violence Prevention Program Management:
Development of workplace violence prevention
programs including the construction of policies and procedures; creation of crisis management teams;
and workplace violence awareness training.
Physical Security Vulnerability:
