CONTINUUM Business Impact Analysis Software

 

BDA Global’s trademarked and copyrighted product “CONTINUUM” is a web-enabled application that facilitates the performance of business impact analysis, the assessment of operational vulnerabilities, the identification of critical processes, and the analysis of business continuity planning priorities.

 

SWOT Analysis

SWOT Analysis includes an examination of the internal and external environment of the organization and an identification of internal strengths and weaknesses, and external opportunities and threats that might impact its level of operational success. This tool employs multiple other analytical techniques in its application with the main rule being to cluster findings in these four quadrants and in there doing identify the greatest strengths and opportunities as well as weaknesses and threats that the organization faces.

Hoshin Strategic Planning Model

BDA uses the Hoshin Planning Model to assist our clients with assessing operational performance and developing short and long-term plans. The Hoshin Planning Model concentrates on breakthroughs in one or more strategic areas and often involves the intervention of new systems or methods. The model usually follows a "Plan-Do-Check-Act" sequence and involves the following elements:

Balanced Scorecard Strategic Planning Tool

Some of our clients have implemented the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Strategic Management Model to develop strategic plans and to implement an effective performance management infrastructure.
