BDA Global in collaboration with Badelyn Consulting will be presenting a hands-on workshop to help improve the preparedness of government and businesses in Southern Maryland. Businesses and local government entities in St Mary's County St. Charles County, and Calvert County are particularly encouraged to attend.

The session will focus on equipping attendees to deal with the impacts of an escalating disruptive event and will include the occurrence of a major disruption that results in telecommunications and facilities failures.

The seminar will also include the development of teams and role-playing around a simulated event to educate attendees on strategies for crisis management and resumption of operations and the management of legal liability issues. The seminar will also include instruction on best practices on each of the key topics addressed in the exercise.

• Plan Review Discussion- a general discussion of the key strengths and weaknesses in plans provided to the trainers for review.
