planning, process reengineering, and development consultants with

Our core team has over 200 years of combined experience and
our consultants have worked at all levels of government and
industry. Our technical
consultants represent a diverse cross-section of skills and our
development approach usually is based upon a team model that
includes a mix of professionals in planning and developing
client strategies. Key personnel include:
Gaston Boisson, CBCP
is a senior manager with BDA Global where he manages business
process review, mapping, and
reengineering; organizational assessments;
policy and procedural development; and contingency planning
consulting projects.
He is a Certified Business Continuity Professional with the
Disaster Recovery Institute International and his current
clients include the US Veterans’ Administration, the National
Institutes of Health, the US Department of Housing and Urban
Development, and the American Psychological Association. He has
led numerous successful organizational improvement engagements,
and has developed business continuity plans for large
organizations including the Federal Deposit Insurance
Corporation, The American Psychological Association, and
Security Service Federal Credit Union, a financial institution
with over four billion in assets. Mr. Boisson has spoken to
numerous business and community groups about the importance of
effective business continuity planning and is the second term
President of the DC and Mid Atlantic Chapter of the Association
of Contingency Planners.
Linda Kleckner
is a BDA Global senior manager who specializes in needs
assessment and requirements analysis, technical writing,
business process analysis, strategic planning, organizational
structure and design, customer service analysis, and contingency
planning. As a Fortune 500 executive, Linda had direct
senior-level success in the field of customer service quality,
organizational assessment, and training. Linda previously served
as vice president for customer service for American Express
Travel Related Services and a vice president and chief of staff
for Citicorp Investment Bank, both roles where she managed major
quality assurance programs. As a consultant, she made
substantial productivity improvements for her clients and has
worked on developing contingency strategies for organizations
such as the White House, the U.S. Department of Education, many
private sector firms, and nonprofit organizations.
Ron French, CBCP
is a senior BDA
manager and has vast experience in developing, implementing, and
testing disaster and business continuity plans. Over the past 20
years he has developed dozens of contingency plans (including
physical security plans) for a number of agencies within the US
Department of Defense and for the White House. His experience
includes performing in-depth physical security assessments,
developing DoD business continuity and disaster recovery
program, and overseeing worldwide planning for Defense
Department human resource operations, staff, facilities,
equipment, and associated automated data systems. He also
regularly trained White House security and contingency
management personnel on the details and objectives of prescribed
Federal, DoD, and private industry contingency management
practices. Currently MR French is working with the Pan American
Development Foundation and American Chamber of Commerce to
provide BCP training to medium to large companies in Costa Rica
and Colombia. Mr. French is a Certified Business Continuity
Professional with the Disaster Recovery Institute and has had a
successful career at bringing his clients to the point of
effective preparedness.
